Unfortunately, the experience fell short on several fronts. The units had outdated furniture, and we faced persistent internet connectivity issues that were disruptive. Poolside amenities were lacking, with no towels or cushions available and strict rules preventing drinks by the pool. To make matters worse, we found several maintenance problems, including malfunctioning toilets and a jacuzzi that was barely functional until the last day. The beach was marred by a significant amount of lingering seaweed, which created a less than pleasant environment.

Couldn't recommend more for a short-term stay

Spacious apartment, beautiful grounds, the large swimming pool was a stunning highlight with an expansive layout that offers plenty of room to relax, and convenient transportation options like taxis made exploring the local area hassle-free.

I had a wonderful stay where the huge pool provided plenty of room to relax and it was so easy to take scenic strolls to places like Point Esmeralda and Mamita's Beach Club for stunning views and enjoyable beach experiences.

The apartment was beautiful with spacious areas and stunning views of the ocean. The enormous pool was a highlight, and the private beach area was very relaxing. Though we encountered some minor issues like hard beds and a few maintenance concerns, the overall experience was still enjoyable. We loved our mornings at the breakfast restaurant with a fantastic beach view. You can easily drive to downtown Playa for more dining options and attractions, which made our stay even better.

the ants in my apartment were a lovely addition to my stay, absolutely charming. And don’t even get me started on the jacuzzi tub that was out of order until the last moment, it truly woudl ve been nice to have a complimentary upgrade as an apology. i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

the large living room was perfect for our family gatherings together. the washer/dryer combined unit was not effective.

In my wife’s opinion, more lounge chairs at the pool would help families with children.

All fine, but communication issues.

I had an awesome trip with friends! The property had so many facilities. We enjoyed special tee times on the 18-hole golf course designed by PGA legend Nick Price and spent a day at the Grand Coral Beach Club. The large pools were a perfect spot to chill too. Overall, it was a great combination that made our stay enjoyable.

We had some trouble getting help initially. Upon arrival, there was a bit of a communication barrier, and we struggled to get the needed codes to access our condo.

I particularly appreciated the clean and spacious two-bedroom suite. it provided ample room for our family. The staff was attentive and helpful, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The beach view from our suite was absolutely delightful, making every morning special.

Despite the positives, some signage around the complex could be clearer.

This was just a reliable pick for a day tour in Playa del Carmen with good value for money. The pool area was nice, perfect for lounging after a long day out. Bring your own snacks since options on-site are limited.
